Ah damn if its only 157 then I guess its only getting one filler episode. DAMN! But lol Cynda is like ash's with the flames. I hope it isn't too alike.

I love how Cyndaquil already knows how to fight and use moves and eat Pokemon food.

Which makes me wonder why Brock's Bonsly ever needed a liquid diet. I mean we have Pokemon who are confirmed to be much younger than Bonsly ever could be (can't be younger than just hatching from the egg) and yet Bonsly is the only "baby" that needed a liquid diet. Although I can't say about Happiny, I don't remember if the first meal it had was liquid or regular Pokemon food. But Cyndaquil ate regular food, maybe special newborn food, but it wasn't liquid.

Wasn't it Ash's idea, or more that Cyndaquil actually wanted to battle? Because I remember Dawn asking Cyndaquil something before the battle and Cyndaquil got excited.

It's not forcing if someone actually wants to do it.

For the future episodes coming up in regards to the Heart Gold Soul Silver advertisements:

So Kuzanari's Totodile apparently evolves, that's pretty interesting. Of course where is the seemingly tag battle supposed to take place?

Pretty interesting they actually showed us future clips, which don't seem to be in the upcoming episodes (DP 145 and DP 146).

I could be wrong though, DP 145 could very well include the tag battle, since I doubt the whole episode will revolve around Gible.

Which makes me think they'll pull a Misty on us. She lost to Ash for Totodile, but her Poliwag evolved for her. If Kuzanari's Totodile evolves, maybe he'll be fine with Ash catching Gible.

The numeric order that is on the scripts may be different than the one on Bulbapedia.
Therefore, that title may very well be DP159 or something (since they counted the Riolu special as an entire episode and don't count the clip shows). The same happened with the Lucario and Froslass episodes.

Damn. A stadium thingy and its a tag battle? Damn. I really am intrested. And it should be DP145 or later cause I really can't see them travelling too far into the series. And uh I'm wondering, is it shown how the Pokegear opens?

I liked the Jouto refresher, (and Zukan!) it brought back some nice memories.

Wow. How can no one know what that egg is?

Lots of good Rocket-Dan scenes. (Pregnant looking Musashi ftw!)

I love that Kotone is doing gyms. She's also a really cool character.

That has to be the fastest egg hatch ever.

Pochama was awesome in this episode. Easily the highlight other than...

Hikari really needs to learn how to control her Pokemon. She had absolutely no clue what to do, and it really bothered me how nonchalant she was about it.



I really wasn't expecting much from either of these episodes, but they were both really good! Can't wait for the Contest! :-D Those future scenes look great as well.

I'm not sure but I think it was because (assuming they aren't related) Kotone likes Kuzanari, and Ash really showed how impressive he was. While Kuzanari figuratively sat in a corner twiddling his thumbs. Kotone wasn't impressed with Kuzanari.

It's possible Kotone likes Ash but I think she likes Kuzanari more.

So Kotone's a trainer? Sweetness, good thing the writers actually used the little brains they had. Satoshi finally has a female rival!

Everyone thought she would be either a Coordinator or Pokethlon-ist. But she isn't joining the group, so why would she do Pokethlon if we weren't able to see her perform?

Also, any screens during the HGSS secrets part? With the cameo, does that mean we might be able to see the Gym Leaders again? [/wishful thinking]

WOW 0__0 tons of Johto stuff in this ep! and it's good since I LOVE Johto ^__^
Pokégear, Clair & Dragonair, Hive & Plain Badges, Chikorita/Totodile/Cyndaquil, Dawn getting Cyndaquil, Apparently Burnt Tower is mentioned and I see here an Entei picture so I guess they explained about the tower and showed Raikou and Suicune too, probably more stuff I forgot
Oh, and even the TRio use a Magcargo robot?! XD
I like this ^_^
And Koto has Girafarig? great! one of the less seen Johto Poké that we really need to see more often and I think it fits her

I'm sure I'll like the Piplup/Cyndaquil interactions, just that second of Pip pushing Cynda away in the preview made me laugh XD Pip is amazing

To be honest I think she looked absolutely awful.. her outfit is fine, but her face and hair looked looked horrible.

She's not really a rival, though - she's going after Jouto badges, and Satoshi has finished Jouto long ago.

Well it is not surprise for me what Dawn said about her relationship with Ash. The never were close. She just doesn't suit him. Well maybe later we'll see some girl who will touch Ash's heart ))
