What Eevee evolution would you like to see in the next gen?

Personally I am hoping for an Eevee ghost type, something spooky, maybe taking inspiration from The Hound of the Baskervilles. Maybe a little translucent/transparent with glowing green eyes and paws and large teeth! Give Eevee a terrifying evolution for a change!!

For a ghost type eevee evolution, I'm hoping for a siemese cat looking eevee. That'd be great! And for bug I want huge insect like eyes.

Ghost & Poison seems to be the most obvious choice to me. They are kind of mid-way between special and physical types in my opinion.

None, we have enough Eeveelutions already. We don't need one for each type, that'd just be overwhelming and ridiculous.

I don't really think we need any more, but if there were to be more, I'd just do every type to finish it up.

But honestly, I'm pretty happy with what we have already. If I must pick one single new Eeveelution (barring a future new type), then I would probably say Ghost or Poison.

I think a Dragon type Eeveelution would be fitting to complete the set of 'Special' types. After the Sylveon and Fairy type unveilings for XY, I thought a Dragon counterpart may also be revealed for Gen VI considering how all previous Eeveelutions have been released in pairs and trios. I'd be surprised if one never arrives in the future.

Flying seems a reasonable option to me, considering we already have a Flying-typed quadruped in the form of Shaymin Sky....

Evolution method: Level up while Soaring.

I'd rather not have anymore personally, but if we absolutely have to then Steel or Flying would be cool.

Steel could be interesting due to it being a Steel-type with moves like Wish, Heal Bell and Baton Pass.

Flying just cos another pure Flying would be neat to have.

Dragon is the only previously Special type to not be made into an Eeveelution, and it would go well with Sylveon since every subsequent pair has had one member stronger than the other (Umbreon beats Espeon, Glaceon beats Leafeon, Sylveon beats "Draconeon").

After Dragon, then we can move on to the previously Physical types (Fighting, Flying, Poison, Ground, Rock, Bug, Ghost, Steel and finally Normal).

I'd like to see Ghost or Poison, for I'd think those would be pretty cool looking, in my opinion. We need some purple eevee's. Other then those two maybe Bug and Dragon. x3. I wouldn't mind too much if we never did get new Eevee's, but if we did Ghost/Poison would be the main types on my wishlist for new ones.

Good name for a Ghost type Eeveelution would be Spectreon. Poison type...hmmm Toxieon? Flying, Soareon?

Dragon! Dragon, dragon, dragon! Just give us the damn Dragon-type Eeveelution already, Game Freak. I wish they'd quit beating around the bush with that.

THEN they could be done with Eeveelutions. =)

I assume we'll get a new Eeveelution in Gen VIII. I'd be really interested in a Ghost type, but I think a Poison/Dragon type would be a lot more fitting because of Sylveon that was released in Gen VI.

On the other hand, I really want to see Sound becoming a type. At this point we have quite a number of Pokemon that have sound-based moves (Supersonic, Hyper Voice etc.) or designs (Whismur, Meloetta). We even have an ability that specifically works for sound-based moves! I can't believe they missed the chance to introduce Sound along with Fairy in Gen VI. I'd even say Gen V because of Meloetta. With that in mind, a new Eeveelution to introduce the new type would be ok with me.

I can understand why some people don't want any more Eeveelutions. With eight already it's a bit much. My problem is I am a bit of an Eevee hoarder and Eevee isn't even my favorite family line. Just something about how adaptable they are. However with so many types still available...well you know, they could make the rest of the Eeveelutions dual types with more extreme evolution standards. For example a Ghost/Poison type eeveelution that requires Eevee be poisoned and requiring it to be night when it levels to become Spectreon. Or a Dragon/Flying type that requires it be holding a dragon scale and level up while soaring.

Things like that would allow the rest of the types to be covered without requiring a ton more eeveelutions.

Since there's a Fairy type Eeveelution (Sylveon), I would like to see a Dragon Eeveelution. I know that it potentially sounds cheesy but it could be cool. Imagine a dragon with fur, that's what I'm thinking.
A Steel type Eeveelution also sounds great. If one should exist, it shouldn't be grey it should be like Scizor or Lucario (they are Steel types that have vibrant colors). But not as good as a dragon obviously.
