Name All The Pokémon!

Based on this thread over on Kanzenshuu: Name all the Dragon Ball characters!

This should be fun! Just name a Pokémon, any one you want! Here are the rules...

1) You can only name one Pokémon per post.
2) You must provide an official picture of that Pokémon. No fan art pictures.
3) Tell us things that you like and dislike about that Pokémon. However, please write more than just "it's ugly" or "it's cute". Single-word answers don't count, and shallow reasoning isn't permitted either. Also, feel free to include its National Pokédex number.
4) Individual formes do not count, e.g. Attack Forme Deoxys, Mega Mewtwo Y, etc.
5) Alola Pokémon are permitted.
6) If a Pokémon has already been mentioned by another member, that Pokémon cannot be posted about again by any other member.

Like: Cuteness, Electric typing, powerful enough without being fully evolved
Dislike: Highly overrated

Like: Awesome design, unique Type, high base Atk and Sp.Atk stats.
Dislike: Evolves into this form at a rather high level.

Like: Cute design, Steel-type, cute cry
Dislike: Has to sleep for 1000 years, only awake for a week

Like: Neat design, awesome cry from Gen I-V, not too shabby stats, really fun to use in-game and competitively
Dislike: Terrible cry as of Gen VI and its portrayal in the anime is always bad guy-ish

Likes: "Badass Adorable", inspiring character for me - never giving up / determination...
Dislike: Bad special movepool considering its Special Attack is far, FAR greater than its physical attack. Also people who aren't into Pokemon or MLP think it's from the latter.

Likes: Cute Design, Pure Psychic typing, Same colors as PK Love, Cute Cry, inspired by witches and hats, looks like you could wear one on your head
Dislike: The fact that you can't wear one on your head in-game

Dislikes: Game-exclusive, not in SwSh, probably could've benefited from the fairy-type (especially since its supposed counterpart, Cottonee, got it), low stats

Likes: Such an adorable little otter, colors work well. Perfect water-type starter. The scalchop makes it stand out, and works perfectly
Dislikes: Dislikes? Uh... Its name is hard to spell(I often put an "a" in place of the second "o") and its stats aren't very high

Likes: A pretty interesting and weird design. I've found Turtonator to be pretty fun to play with a Charge Beam/Dragon Pulse/Flamethrower/Filler set.
Dislikes: Slow speed, hard to draw, boring to breed (few egg moves and only one ability), and a semi-shallow movepool.

I like Boltund's moveset and they are nice doggos. I dislike nothing about them.
