I'm not sure what you're referring to, but if you're talking about Surges line at the end, you're wrong. I have a copy of that episode. He says "It's pretty gutsy for a toy."
 
We already have a rather large "Pikachu's gender" thread. We don't need two.

(IMO, we don't even need one, but whatever).
