I went ahead and removed the copied Bulbapedia content, and left a message that they shouldn't steal content.

...Heeeeeey. Not all of their sites are. Some are quite respectable. Though they do need better monitoring, both to keep an eye out for copied info and for horribly, stupidly, redundant Wikis.
