Don't create a thread without putting a review in the first post of the thread.

It has been decided that to help encourage more discussion, everyone can start a new discussion thread in this forum if one does not already exist for the episode you wish to discuss. Please check this thread to make sure the episode does not already have a review thread. Please also be sure to also add the REVIEW prefix when starting a new thread, and to use this format for the title:

Japanese: EP 000 "Title Here" Review Thread
English: "Title Here" Review Thread

If you are unsure of a title and/or episode number, please check Bulbapedia first.
