Two Pokémon remake games to feature in year-end RTA in Japan Winter 2023 event in benefit of Doctors Without Borders

Pokémon Brilliant Diamond/Shining Pearl and Pokémon HeartGold/SoulSilver will be featured in the RTA in Japan Winter 2023 charity marathon, which is being held at the Bellesalle Iidabashi First hotel in Tokyo, Japan from December 26th to December 31st (JST). This year's event will be raising money for Doctors Without Borders.

RTA in Japan is a series of speedrunning events created as a Japanese equivalent of the Games Done Quick marathons. These events have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for charity since its creation in 2017. The RTA in Japan Winter 2023 event can be watched from its official website or its Twitch channel. Re-streams in English are also expected to be provided by the community.
