I bet she dies next episode and Madoka becomes a Puella Magi... then Madoka dies/becomes a witch for the final episode. I think it's pretty obvious this isn't going to have a happy ending...

LOVE that movie! interesting fact; despite how epic the animation looked, it was actually the last Hayao Miyazaki film to be animated by hand (no digital) :O twas amazing right?
