My favourite psychic pokemon are:
Starmie, Latias, Mew and Girafarig. I can't vote for all so my vote goes to Starmie because probably it will get less votes.
 
I hate when I have to choose between two of my favorite psychics. But this will help me narrow down my favorites so I thank the poll creator
I choose Wynaut/Wobbufet because I just like them. I really like Abra though and kinda Kadabra but dont really like Alakazam. Abra's just too cute!
 
Mew and Mewtwo, although I do like the unowns' powers (fan of Pokemon 3) and Slowking in Pokemon 2000 was a hoot.
 
Espeon, of course. Gardevoir and kin have too high defenses and not enough offensive moves. Starmie is part water so you can't exploit Psychic to its fullest. Natu/Xatu aren't as fast as I like, and they CAN'T TAKE A HIT NO MATTER WHAT. Spoink and Grumpig are defenders, and i prefer Psychic only when it's unleashing its devastating offensive moves. Celebi is too hard to get (and not full Psychic) and Lugia, well, Lugia has too severe of weaknesses (it's part flying, people! but it beats Xatu down with its supreme stats and moves). The abra family gets my second choice, and by the time you get the mews/beldum family/deoxys, it's too late in-game to matter. Why are Slowpoke family/executes even up there? Claydol is a bit too defensive for my tastes, and Girafarig? C'mon. While it protects them from ghost-types (may i remind you, there's only 8 or so ghosts in the game) the two types are just incompatible. Same goes for meditite/medicham. Wobbuffet is virtually incapable of ANY decent pyschic attacks, and Mirror Coat is just a substitute that tries to replace something it can't. Jynx, on the other hand, is a nice type-combo, and gets my third vote.

Espeon smites them all. It's the second best at combining beauty with power (Milotic beats it there) and gets great moves. Espeon pulls off the Speed+Special Attack combo wonderfully, and is just so graceful! GO EEVEELUTIONS!
 
I've stated before, Espeon is my favorite Pokémon hands down, no questions asked. I second your motion. I also love the fact that it can be versitale in single and double battles. I think Espeon is the coolest thing ever, and I think it kicks the crap out of Milotic when it comes to power and beauty (it also has an infinitely awesome coolness factor). Milotic is too defensive to be really "powerful", and its Attack stats are a bit lacking. Even it's ability raises its Defense. How can you not love Espeon...I mean, its...Espeon! Sleek, cool and powerful beyond belief! Espeon!

I also like Gardevior and Chimecho. You know, I also like Grumpig. There's just something cool about a "Manipulate" Pokémon.

Espeon is winner!

Espeon is a cool looking pokemon, and has the power to back itself up (a trait of the entire eevee line really). I do tend to like the 3D Espeon (Colosseum-XD) better then the 2D Espeon, I don't know why I don't find the 2D Espeon appealing.
 
Hmm tough choice. I love Lugia and Mewtwo about equally as much and generally for the same reasons, they're solitary creatures but are also very noble in my opinion. I can't vote for both of them, so I voted for Mewtwo and Mew. Not because I dislike Celebi, but because I really don't know much about it and haven't been able to form a strong opinion on it. Mew's also uber cute and sweet.
 
I like many of the psychics, but I voted for Mew and Mewtwo. They've been my favorite Pokémon since 1998.
 
Mewtwo and Mew are the whole reason I've gotten back into Pokémon in the first place. So I'd have to vote them.
