Keep/Change/Delete

I would reduce the per-hit damage boost to 30; 50 is a bit overpowered in my opinion. Further, I'd increase the base power to 70, so that we have a good starting point.

Psyshield Bash

Keep. I have mixed feelings on the four OHKO moves, and they're hardly ever truly useful in most situations, but there's something about their gimmick that I just kind of enjoy.
(Also I'm totally seconding how great Red Card is)

Poison Point

I think it needs a BP update; it's the signature move of a Mythical Pokémon after all. Maybe make it 85 base power for a decently hard-hitting attack.

Wonder Skin

Maybe increase the power a bit? It's already on-par with the most reliable physical Dark moves, but the additional effect, while not bad, is not terribly relevant most of the time. There's no real reason to take this over Crunch or Throat Chop, which is always an unfortunate place for a signature move to be in.

Scald?

It's fine. I know there is outcry in the competitive scene regarding the 30% burn chance , but I feel it's manageable, and honestly, it's the game we play, so we should adjust accordingly.

Ice Ball

Change - let it be the Spheal line's signature move again! I know it's just an Ice-type Rollout, but to me it always made the most sense to be exclusive to Spheal. The move just felt a little more unique that way.

Hustle

Keep, and maybe give Pokemon that have it more physical attacks that never miss.
