Every week, on Tuesday, I will use random.org to generate two numbers between 1 and 493. I will then use these two Pokédex numbers to choose the two Pokémon that will battle it out that week to be... the better Pokémon.

If I don't update the two Pokémon by 00.00 UTC on Wednesday, someone else can.

This was a rather difficult decision to make but after thinking it through for the past few seconds, I am going to go with Raikou.
 
I'm gonna go with the sensible solution. Raikou all the way! Haha.
 
Really tough question..... but since I never used Dustox, its Raikou.
